We are Axis Control (S) Pte Ltd based in Singapore, Singapore. We are member of Tradekey.com since June, 2008. Our business is related to Industrial Machinery industry and we specifically deal in Motion Controller, Motion control chips, Servo motor, Stepper motor, Integrated Mac Servo Motor, Integrated Quickstep motor, stepper driver, servo driver, automation softwares. Please find our product details below:JVL MAC Integrated Servo MotorThe MAC series of brushless servo motors with integrated electronics is a major step forward. All the necessary electronics in a servo system is integrated in the motor itself. A traditional motor system has in the past typically been based on a central controller unit placed away from the motor. This circumstance has the negative effect that the installation costs is a major part of the total expenses in building machinery. The basic idea in the MAC motors is to minimize these costs but also to make a component that is much better protected against electrical noise which can be a typical problem when using long cables between controller and motor. The servomotor, hallsensor, encoder and electronics are specially developed by JVL so that they together form a closed unit where the power driver and controller is mounted inside the motor in a closed section. The advantages by this solution are: De-central intelligence. Simple installation. No cables between motor and driver. EMC safe. Switching noise remains within motor. Single or dual supply. Compact. Does not take space in cabinet. Typically a 3/5 core cable is used from PLC or similar to MAC motor. 24 or 48VDC power for MAC50-141, 115/230V for MAC800 Low price. Interface possibilities with the MAC motor: From PC/PLC with drive commands via RS232/RS485/RS422 Pulse/direction or quadrature inputs. 10 bit MAC50-141, 12bit MAC800 10V input for speed or torque control. A+B encoder output. Register mode via 4 inputs or serial commands Option for nano PLC built-in with grafical programming tools. Option for Fieldbus. ProfibusDP, Canbus, CANopen, Devicenet, Ethernet, Wireless. Multiaxis operation with up to 255 units on the same 460Kbit RS485 bus.PMD ION Digital DriveThe ION product line now has power ranges of 500W and 3000W. This allows a wide range of motor types and sizes to be combined in multi-axes motion positioning applications when using ION Digital Drives.Lincoln, Massachusetts, USA the new ION 3000 Digital Drive from Performance Motion Devices, Inc. PMD, the second in PMDs family of high-performance, network-connected motion control drives, designed with PMDs advanced MagellanMotion Control IC. The ION 3000 expands the capabilities of the digital drive product line increasing voltage and power specifications and adding pulse and direction functionality. The ION 3000 is a compact module that provides network connectivity, power amplification and advanced motion control features in a rugged, easy to use enclosed package. Both the ION 500 and ION 3000 are available for DC brush, brushless DC and microstepping motors, and are ideal for medical, scientific, semiconductor, industrial, robotic and general automation applications. Based on PMDs high performance MagellanMotion Processor, ION Digital Drives provide CAN bus and serial communications, and accept commands over a network to control trajectory generation, position loop, current loop and other advanced motion control features. The ION controls a 3-phase brushless motor using field oriented control or sinusoidal commutation. User selectable profiling modes include S-curve, trapezoidal, velocity contouring, electronic gearing and pulse & direction. Other features include hardware performance trace, on-the-fly profilePittman Series 8000 Brush DC Servo MotorsKENT, OH Pittman Series 8000 brush-commutated DC motors feature a 7-slot skewed armature design to minimize magnetic cogging (or reluctance torque) and promote smooth and quiet operation. This family of motors offers high performance and reliability to power applications ranging from data storage and medical equipment to semiconductor processing and automation machinery, among others. These motors are available in three lengths (2.070 in., 2.195 in., and 2.445 in.) and can achieve peak torques up to 16.8 oz-in and speeds up to 9020 RPM at continuous torque for standard motors at rated voltages. Speed, voltage, current, and torque characteristics can be varied to satisfy particular application needs. Standard features for all models include, 2-pole stator, neodymium magnets, heavy gauge steel housing, silicon steel laminations, and copper graphite brushes. Commutators are diamond turned after armature assembly to promote optimum concentricity and long brush life. Windings are resin-impregnated for greater reliability in incremental motion applications. Modular construction enables their assemblies to be customized with alternative brush materials, optical encoders, timing belt pulleys, brakes, cables, connectors, modified shafts, and RFI suppression or other special configurations to meet application demands. Motors can be equipped with planetary or spur gearboxes as specified.JVL MAC Integrated Servo MotorThe MAC series of brushless servo motors with integrated electronics is a major step forward.
