(c) Buyer will issue PMMC, their Authorization Letter, Instructing PMMC to Release full payment for the assayed gold, into the sellers bank account after the buyer accepts the purity results of the assay report: (d) Each time the seller delivers the gold to PMMC for assay testing, PMMC will confirm to the Seller, that the buyer funds are available to the seller in the PMMC-Bank of Ghana Account, with the Seller listed as the Beneficiary for payment in full: (e) After PMMC has given the Seller confirmation of the buyer available funds, the Seller will deposit the total agreed quantity of product into PMMC, before 10:00 am for assay, smelting and shipment to buyer refinery destination. (f) The buyer will only pay the seller for gold that has been assayed and listed on the PMMC Invoice Assay Report (No-Random Sample Tests and No- Partial Deliveries will be accepted or paid for) (g) Immediately after the buyer accepts the assa, or better purity, PMMC will transfer and release the total cash amount as payment in full, into the seller bank account. (h) Once bank has released payment in full to the seller, PMMC and the Seller, will provide the buyer, all assay invoices, and transferred ownership-title Documents for the gold, into the buyers name:, PMMC PROCEDURE Seller is paid for gold listed on the PMMC Invoice Assay Report Certificate (a) Seller and buyer enter into signed contract agreement for the quantity, price and payment.
