HDS is a privately held company, vertically integrated Contract Manufacturer of metal stamping, machining, secondary operations, powder painting and assemblies serving the automotive, appliance, telecommunication and aerospace market segments. Located in London, KY, we offer our customers the ability to service their facilities globally. Core competencies include metal stamping, powder coat painting, robotic welding (both resistance and MIG), drilling, tapping, staking, electro-mechanical assembly, machining services and warehouse / distribution. Our plant is approximately 83, 000 square feet with an additional 110, 000 square feet of warehouse space with an additional 40, 000 square feet of assembly area. Our presses range in size from 60 to 800 tons. We run progressive dies with automatic feeding as well as a variety of presses used for hand transfer work. We are TS 16949/2009 certified and are committed to maintaining compliance within that framework.
