The Buyer is entitled to have the quality and quantity/weight inspected and checked by International inspection company SGS at Port of loading costs by the seller and at buyer’s expensesat discharge port. The weighing and sampling shall be carried out by International inspection agency in accordance with standard and customary internationalpractices.Thecertificate/assay report from international inspection SGS shall be deemed the final settlement.
Buyer shall instruct his Bank to issue the DLC MT700 within 5 days after signing the SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) on the condition that it is payable to seller’s financier within 10 banking days after the arrival and immediately after CIQ inspection of the control certificate at the Buyers destination port.
First load: Approx. 10 days after receipt and approval of the DLC MT700 by the Seller’s Financier’s Bank.
The seller shall appoint a shipping firm to arrange shipping (12) days after receipt of the DLC
MT700 and that it is accepted and approved by Seller’s Financier Bank.
And SGS or inspection during the time of loading will be arranged by the seller
