Raj Overseas is the part of Raj Woolen Industries, one of the first manufacturers of woolen carpet yarn in the country. The Raj Group started with manufacturing operation in 1939 with Spinning of Yarn then rapidly diversified to Dyeing as well as value added exports. The export division is known as Raj Overseas. At present, it is one of the largest Manufacturers /Suppliers of Woolen carpet Yarn to all the major carpet producing region of India, with sales of over 7000 kilos of yarn per day. We have fully automatic manufacturing facilities in Conventional, Semi-Worsted & Worsted Spinning as well as Dreft Yarn machine, which is the unique feature of our company.To ensure the consistent quality, we use the best dyes available from companies like CIBA & CLARIANT. Also all dyes are Azo free keeping the environment in mind. The Company has dyeing capacity of 6000kgs/, keeping in mind the Global Business Values and high commitment to technology, Raj has planned to set up a new state of the art dyeing plant with ultra modern dyeing facilities. This project should be complete by the end of 2006.Raj is also in the process of setting up a state of the art Testing lab where all approved samples will be stored both in physical form as well as in spectrophotometer readings.
