Operating from a secure modern 3,000 Sq. m manufacturing facility based in the Jebel Ali Techno Park, UAE.Our Highly Trained Technicians have more than 25 years experience in materials processing & design optimisation techniques including ballistic steel. Over the last 15 years our team has worked with many of the worlds leading original equipment manufacturers, and has successfully assisted them in not only enhancing their products, but also adding value by reducing cost, weight and improving the structural integrity through design optimisation and supply of highly accurate precision cut and pressed ballistic steel components.With investments in the latest state of the art machinery, we can laser cut parts up to 2.5m x 6m long and can produce cold formed components on our new 800t press brake up to 7.2m long.We are fully conversant in all grades of ballistic steel and metals and work closely with high strength, wear resistant and armoured grade steels. Due to our up to date knowledge and many years experience in materials available we are able to assist clients in selecting the right materials for various applications.
