Please find our product details below:Gel sheet products, pads and patient positionersWe manufacture Gel Sheets, Gel Pads and Positioners and a variety of other Gel Materials and fabricated gel products for medical and healthcare applications .These products are used to enhance patient and user comfort and to mitigate against the development of skin damage, possibly leading to decubitus ulcers, during surgical procedures or other procedures requiring patient immobility for extended periods of time.Sheet sizes up to 36x72 in. and thicknesses fom 1/8 to 3/4 in. are available in a wide variety of gel consistencies from very soft almost fluid-like (to minimise skin-shear) up to firm grades to offer better support while still resulting in excellent conformation to body contours and reduction in overall skin pressure.Contoured and molde gel positioners are available in the same range of tactile properties and sizes for use in all kinds of situations from positioning premature infants with very delicate skin, to adolescents, adults and the elderly diabetic with debilitated skin issues.Allof our gel materials and finished products are manufactured in -house from our own proprietary formulations using only FDA or USP compliant ingredients.All gel products are LATEX FREE and PHTHALATE FREE.Private Label and Custom Manufacturing enquiries also welcome.We currently only manufacture in and sell directly from the United States.
