1. Product Introduction
This CTS wet-process downstream magnetic separator is suitable for the pre-selection and fine selection of coarse-grained ferromagnetic materials with mineral size of 0-6mm in the slurry form, or it can be applied in the removal of mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can work continuously for feeding and discharging, with high magnetic intensity, high gradient magnetic field, big de-ironing working area and high processing capacity. It is also possible to work in tandem.
Its working principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field, the ferromagnetic mineral is adsorbed on the surface of the drum, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed out by the water flow, and the magnetic mineral adsorbed on the surface of the drum is rotated with the drum and taken out. The magnetic field area is flushed into the fine mineral collecting tank with flushing water to complete the sorting operation.
