The whole part is produced by two molds with Gas-Assist and a single-drop of open gate YUDO hot runner, including a single-cavity injection mold and a 1+2-cavity injection mold, of which cavity and core blocks are made of P-20 steel. The mold type is High Volume Production Tool. Besides, the mold surface finish for this part is SPI-A2 and SPI-C3 standard, and the texture is MT1055-3. Furthermore, the mold sizes are 400*450*355mm and 550*550*656mm, and their net weights are 465 kg and 1430 kg. The molds’ service life would be 300,000 shots.

Both two injection molds are made by Tip-Top molds in Shenzhen, China. The molded part in the picture you’ve seen is the sample we produced for the customer’s verification. After the mold trial, we delivered the samples to our American customers by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Molds are too heavy to take the express delivery so they are delivered by the logistics company after being packaged in wooden boxes. We would help to handle the shipping stuff.
