Hsr(90 Degree Index Type Auto Indexing Chuck)

Auto indexing chuck consists of clamping and indexing functions.

Clamping and indexing are automatically done by hydraulic power

Chuck rotates automatically 45º, 90º, 135º and 180º in 45º increments or 60º, 120º and 180º in 60º increments if work is clamped by chuck.

It can hold good performance for a long time as it operates by hydraulic pressure.

This chuck is generally used in NC lathe, horizontal, vertical, and front turning lathe.

It can also be used for general purpose lathe and increase the productibility by 5 to 10 times depending on the type of work
