Applications

Recommended Levels

0.05% - 0.3% of total formula. Up to 1.0% in waterborne and UV systems. 

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Special Features and Benefits

HL-50107 can be added at any stage of the production process, including post addition. In order to achieve a more accurate dose, it can be pre diluted into a solution with an appropriate solvent.

HL-50107 can strongly improve the surface smoothness and greatly improve the wetting of the substrate. It can be widely used in all paint and printing ink systems. In the aqueous system, it can improve the anti adhesion.  HL-50107 shows excellent compatibility and can be used as an anti shrinkage additive. 

When HL-50107 is used for the system requiring recoating, its impact on recoating shall be evaluated in advance and used with caution.
