Polyurethane Clear Varnish 2 To 1 With Hardener

1- Product properties: It is a two component Matt Varnish based on high quality resin and polyisocyanate hardener. This product is highly chemical resistance, high film build -film thickness- , with outstanding hardness, elasticity and anti-scratch properties. It is suitable substrate for all types of wood surfaces and plywood finishes.

2- Materials for application:-
- Polyurethane matt Varnish.
- Hardener for PU matt Varnish. 
- El-Mohandes Polyurethane thinner.

3- Method of application: It is suitable for application over both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is applied in 2 coats by spraying. Allow flash off time between coats 10 -15 minutes.

4- Mixing ratio:-
- 100 parts by volume of Polyurethane varnish. 
- 50 parts by volume of Hardener for PU matt Varnish. 
- 20 to 50 parts by volume of El-Mohandes Polyurethane thinner.

5- Gloss: 10%, 25% and 45%.

6- Physical properties: 

Solid Content: 43 + 2%

Coverage rate: 6 – 8 m²/Kg

Density: 0.98 + 0.02 gm/cm³

Viscosity: 35 Sec. Cup Ford No.6 at 25^oC.

    7- Drying time:-

8- Packaging: 1 kg, 4.5 kg.

9- Shelf life: 2 years at 20 ^oC.
