It Is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer Powder prepared by variety of organic polymer compounds through a special spray drying process.
  Is a new generation of environmental friendly water reducing agent product with high plasticity retention.
  Benefit from its good dispersion,excellent adaptability to various cements,gypsum and other cementing materials,the strength of concrete and mortar in early and later stage increasing significantly.
It performs excellent early-strength and enhancement effects,so it’s especially suitable for concrete and mortar with high requirements in fluidity and strength.
  Application:
1. Cement-based/gypsum-based self-leveling mortar;
2. Grouting material, pressing material (agent), special early-strength mortar;
3. Waterproof mortar, repair mortar and supporting mortar, etc.;
4. Bonding mortar, joint-filling mortar, high-strength (high fluidity) mortar, etc.;
5. Waterproof coatings, refractory castables, pigments, cement or gypsum GRC precast components, ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), etc.

It makes cement good dispersibility and fluidity in low dosage.
When dosage is from 0.12% to 0.22%, the cement paste fluidity grows obviously.
There is no loss of fluidity within 1 hour in cement paste.
The fluidity of PCE powder is 2 times of other superplasticizer in market.

Instruction:
1.Standard compliance GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures"; GB 50119-2013 "Specifications for the Application of Concrete Admixtures".
2. When application, the dosage is determined according to the type and performance of raw materials and the mixing ratio of mortar and concrete. The recommended dosage is 0.05~0.50% of the total amount of cementitious materials.

  Package and Storage:
  Packed in paper-plastic composite bag, 25kg/bag.
  Pls store them in a dry and ventilated place without sunlight and rain.
  Non-toxic, non-irritating and non-flammable.
  The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
