DEAR SIR, This is Karthik from V N R engineering college Hyderabad, We are in need of spark EDM electrodes of material tungsten copper, tungsten,molybdenum or graphite electrodes of diameter 0.3 mm . We are going to use these electrodes to make holes in our work material titanium and maraging steel, as part of our M.TECH project work. please give me the following information regarding these electrodes, 1.whether any one of the above electrodes are available. 2.what is the standard length of each electrode. 3.how many number of holes can be done by using one electrode. 4.cost of electrodes either it could be cost for single electrode or we should buy in bulk. 5.we are suppose to make around 60 holes in two materials including two pilot experiments . 6.length of each hole is 5 mm.
