The Company has been manufacturing and exporting this commodity for the last 17 years to various European and Middle Eastern countries, USA, Australia and many others. We also take great pride in informing you that we are one of the largest producers of white sheet (cloth and finished product) in Pakistan, which is currently being supplied exclusively to the hotel industry of USA. FYI, The Dalal family has been in business for more than five decades, with a reputation of forming relationships that stand the test of time. The family started off with cotton trading in the 1950s. In the 1960s they initiated weaving and trading of fabric, and later imports of textile machinery. Institutional bedding for the EU and North American markets is the core product, with retail collections added. Our dedicated marketing team works with customers to provide a comprehensive service and to ensure transparency through flow of information. With capacity of 478 looms, our weaving strength can handle sizable orders. We export fabric globally, and are amongst the 25 leading exporters. We have the capacity to stitch 1.5 million meters of fabric, with a workforce of 400 workers. Quality is our hallmark, our internal quality audit team checks, all goods are the approved by third-party auditors. We have a designing team which works on new concepts, ideas and themes. Our certifications include BSCI, SGS ISO 9001:2000, Oeko-tex, GOTS, Sedex, Bonton, Li & Fung, etc. Weaving Weaving is the core business of our company, in 1985 we started with only 20 Sulzer weaving machines but the overwhelming response directed us towards our installed capacity to 375 looms, with 60 Air-jets adding to our strength. For Dobby weaves, we have 18 Rapier looms. Currently we are exporting to the United Kingdom, Spain, Bangladesh, USA, France, Turkey & Denmark. Our highest annual export fabric figure is nearly 80 million meters of fabric. For the past 7 years, we have been honored to be amongst the 25 leading exporters of Griege and finished fabrics from Pakistan. We have an independent stitching unit which converts approximately 1.0 million meters of fabric per month. Processing We use the facilities of some of the best processing mills in Pakistan, based on our annual export volumes of fabrics and finished goods we buy dedicated slots in their production schedules for the entire year. We have a team of processing experts who are present at these factories on a permanent basis. All finished fabrics are duly tested at the in-house laboratorie, and cross checked at designated certified laboratories as well. All processed fabric is checked by our team at the processing mills and then rechecked at our premises before issuance to the fabrics exports or the cutting department at our stitching unit. Stitching Unit We have the capacity to cu, our products are carefully checked and counter checked at every step of the production process. There is an internal quality audit team that does random checks after every piece is checked within the production process on a chain system.
