TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNTo begin with, we are Gold Dores (Bars) traders in Ghana, and recently have embarked on Direct Mining.we have a valid export license to buy and export gold to any refinery anywhere.This License was issued by the Minerals Commission of Ghana under the sector Ministry of Lands, Forestry, Mines and Minerals Resources.We have also recognition by other stake holders in the chain of the Gold trade like the1. Bank of Ghana (Central Bank)2. The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)3. The Country Director of KLM / Emirates Airlines4. Customs, Excise &Preventive Service (CEPS)5. Internal Revenue Authority (IRA)The Gold (AU) trade in Ghana is highly regulated, being the backbone of the Ghanaian economy. In this vein the nature of our business transactions is LEGALLY strictly Pre-financing.This is the legal procedure of the government of Ghana.1. We have always preferred to have physical meeting or contact with our prospective clients to establish first hand acquaintance.2. A mutual, Working Comprehensive Agreement /Contract is signed and sealed between a Prospective Client and our company. This contract embodies the terms and conditions of the transactions.3. We have the buying capacity and resources to provide a minimum of 40kilos-50kilos every 10-day cycle. This in effect implies that we can deliver monthly supply of between 120Kgs-150Kgs, based on a prospective clients Financial Capacity.4. It must be put on record that Gold Export License in Ghana does not cover Export of Gold dust.5. We have established a network of 20 buying centres only in one mining region in Ghana. Each buying centre provides minimum of 2Kilos within 5 working days.6. The acceptable discount rate we offer is dependant on the quantity requested at every given time. However, the more the quantity, the higher the discount margin. This ranges between 4%-5% on pre-financing basis.7.
