Sunshine Sugar is the only 100% Australian owned producer of raw and refined sugar products, and has been supplying domestic and export retail and industrial markets for 26 years. All of our raw sugar is sourced locally and in 2012 we were the first refinery in the world to be awarded Bonsucro certification the global metric standard for sustainable sugar production.Bonsucros objectives are to apply globally-applicable, performance-based standards to promote the key economic, environmental and social impacts of sugarcane production and processing. In addition to being Bonsucro certified, our sugar is also Halal and Kosher certified.As well as refined sugar, we also produce direct consumption (DC) raw sugar, caster sugar, icing sugar, liquid sugar, invert syrup, golden syrup, treacle and molasses, all in various packaging options and sizes, both for retail and industrial purposes.
