ABOUT USESTABLISHMENT:Vardhman Precision Profiles & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Group of Technocrats with above 30 years experience to design, manufacture and supply top quality pre-engineered steel building for use as factory buildings, warehouses, workshops, distribution centres, showrooms, aircraft hangars, schools sports halls, supermarkets, office buildings, car parking sheds and virtually any one, two or three storey building.The most notable advantages of pre-engineered buildings are low initial investment, fast construction time, low maintenance cost, large clear spans, infinite choice of layouts, inherent resistance to earthquakes, ease of future expansion and unique attractive appearance.Besides pre-engineered steel buildings Vardhman has the manufacturing facilities for Cold Roll Formed Sections in variety of intricate profiles upto a width of 1000 mm and ERW steel tubes in various sizes and specifications to meet the requirement of wide spectrum of industry viz Construction, Automobiles, Railways, Material handling, Power generation, Furniture, Decorative components etc.We feel privileged to mention here that our Group Company has achieved the turnover of 650 millions in the financial year 2008-09 in a span of three years and expect to enhance it to 900 millions in the current financial year. MANUFACTRING FACILITY:Our Factory is located at Sikandrabad Industrial Estate, Distt. Bulandshahar (UP) on the Delhi-Kanpur highway, easily accessible by road and train.The factory shed is 60, 000 Sft. in the total plot area of 2.5 acres. We have number of cold roll forming mills for rolling different type of profiles to meet the requirements of several industrial segments. Also we have ERW precision tube mill to manufacture variety tube sizes to cater to the needs of wide range of industry such as automobiles, railways, furniture and so on.Also we have all the requisite infrastructure for taking up the fabrication of pre-engineered building systems. Presently, we have above 150 skilled workers in our factory.STRENGTH IN ENGINEERING: Vardhman plays a deliberate and active role in converting complex and expensive conventional steel building designs into simpler and more economically designed pre-engineered buildings without sacrificing the utility and function of these buildings.Today, Vardhman engineering innovations represent the standard that other PEB companies aspire to reach.
