Our testing procedures begin before saw blade production. We begin our quality control measures with a complete and thorough inspection of the steel. We continue our precise and stringent evaluations throughout production and packing, resulting in customers receiving only the highest quality bandsaw blades. Examination of the teeth, welding seams, straightening and tensioning and much more are our top priority.
For our bandsaws, we are only using the best qualities of steel. Amongst them belong several qualities from Voestalpine (Bohler, Miller, Uddeholm), of which we also acquire wood bandsaw strip steel UHB 15 and UHB 15N20.

Quality Mantra
The family-owned company Carl Röntgen founded in 1848 is currently in the 6th generation. Since the year of its foundation, the company has experience in the production of saw blades for the woodworking industry. This makes Carl Röntgen one of the oldest German manufacturers of wide and narrow band saw blades for the wood industry.
Already in 1982 with the entry of the former managing director, current partner Carl Thomas Röntgen, the company was expanded to a modern company with high-quality products and a worldwide, partly own sales network.
With the new management of the siblings Carl Oliver Röntgen and Angela Ross, the company is now being expanded again progressively and globally 36 years later.

Wide Bandsaw Blades
In coils (production of saw blades between 10 mm and 311 mm width.) or finished saws, you can get our bandsaw blades with teeth on one side or teeth on both sides of the blade. Furthermore, we offer variable pitches and a winter tooth.

Our narrow bandsaw blades are produced in coils and ready for use. Here, we use the most common tooth form in the wood industry NV. We sell the narrow bandsaw blades as:

Bandsaw Blades for Mobile Sawmills
Our bandsaw blades for mobile sawmills are available as coils and ready for use. We can supply the standard teeth W2-22 mm and W1-22mm. On request, we can also provide the tooth W-19 mm and W-25 mm. We sell these bandsaws as:

Meat Bandsaw Blades
Adequate for meat, fish (also frozen) and bones.
