3.Aluminium Ingot : Completely In accordance with pure aluminium ingot（include AI 99.7%）components standard，produced with fresh aluminium ingot, not the Non-standard
4. Casting rolled coil: Do twice components inspection and let them conform to standard when producing casting ingot.

5. Inspection way of Aluminium sheet to take sample according to batching number, make sure the material, temper, property, surface, size tolerance and packaging etc, which all meet the customer’s standard, make sure the delivered goods are qualified.

6.Arrange regularly professional skills training for workers to make sure the product quality; Check again about the Order alloy number, status, specification, quality, customer’s requirement of order before arrange to product order products to make sure the workers further known requirement and standard of order;

7.Executive unqualified control program during production and find out the unqualified product in time. Make clearly identification for unqualified product for sequestration;
8.Do chemical ingredients and mechanical property inspection by taking sample while producing semi-finished products. Furthermore ,also do testing of thickness and whether have oil patch , yellow spot and scratch for surface of goods to make sure meet the standard.
