儿童安全包装的16 CFR 1700.20认证简介：

16 CFR 1700.20测试要求：

(1) Children's group

①The composition of the test group:

(a) Number: 200 children;

(b) Age and gender: age between 42-51 months (including 42 months and 51 months, the same age and gender below should be evenly distributed);

(c) Represent as much as possible the different social classes, races and cultural backgrounds of the entire country's population;

(d) Be healthy, have no obvious physical or intellectual defects, and have a certain degree of practical ability;

(e) Participate in this kind of test not more than once (including various open-type packaging tests based on different principles). If a child is allowed to participate in more than one trial, the interval between the two trials is at least one week.

②Prevent children from opening the packaging test site:

The experiment should be conducted in a place familiar to the children, such as the school or kindergarten they attend, but the experimental children should be separated from other school personnel and external interference should be avoided. Several locations should be selected from areas with different population distributions. The experiment may not be completed at the same location and at the same time.

③Test method:

(a) Children's trials should be carried out in pairs, each being carried out under the supervision of a fair, appropriately qualified person who is good at dealing with children. If necessary, under the condition of not interfering with each other, 5 pairs of children can be tested in the same room at the same time. They can adopt postures and positions that they consider convenient. During the experiment, if a child wants to slip away, the supervisor should stop it; and induce the child to return to his or her position and ask him or her to continue, but should not give any prompt to open the package. This situation should be recorded in the test report;

(b) Within the first 5 minutes, that is, before the demonstration, send the package to each child. They can open the package by any method they want. Do not prevent the child from opening the package with teeth or other methods. Except for the tools or devices specially provided as part of the child safety package, children are not allowed to use any other tools or appliances. In this case, if the child does not notice that tool or device, until the demonstration, No need to remind them;

If a child successfully opens the package within 5 minutes, then the child should stay in the test area until the end of the period;

(c) Before the start of the second 5 minutes, let the children who have not opened the package within the first 5 minutes watch the supervisor open a package and seal it, do not focus on the opening action, and do not have any Give verbal prompts and then give these children 5 minutes to open the package;

(d) After each 5-minute period, it should be recorded whether a child has opened the package. If the child successfully opened the package, it should be recorded before or after the demonstration. At the same time, record whether you opened the package with your teeth or other methods.

④Judgment of the test results of the children group:

(a) Without demonstration, at least 85% of the children in the test group could not open the bag within 5 minutes;

(b) After demonstrating those children who did not open the package in the first 5 minutes, 80% of the children still could not open the package in the second 5 minutes.

(Two). Elderly group

①The composition of the test group:

(a) Number: 100 normal elderly;

(b) Age and gender: 70% of women should be women, 25 people between 50-54 years old (50 and 54 years old, the same below); 25 people between 55-59 years old and 50 people between 60-70 years old.

②Test method:

Send the packaged product together with other accessories and instructions on how to open the package and re-seal it correctly (the content of the manual is printed on the package or provided to consumers in the package), and distributed to each elderly person, without opening the package and resealing it. Demonstration, give 5 minutes for each adult to read the instructions, open the package and re-seal correctly, and record the results.

③ Judgment of the test results of the elderly group: Without demonstration, at least 90% of the elderly can correctly open and reseal the package within 5 minutes.

16 CFR 1700.20 test significance:
