About Standard Plus FC
We would like to offer you to consider a conveyor-type production line Standard Plus with a system for a mechanized loading of raw materials. The line produces foam concrete blocks by a non-autoclaved method.
A two-gantry complex URMP-2P working by cutting technology is applied to produce foam concrete blocks.
Scope of supply of the production line Standard Plus will suit for representatives of small and medium-sized
business. If there is a need to produce from 40 m3 per shift up to 120 m3 per day (three shifts), the line will meet your demands.
An equipment set of this production line consists mostly of equipment included to a line Prof FC apart from equipment and machineries used for automatizing production processes, i.e. this line is a simplified version
of the conveyor-type line Prof FC.
Equipment of the line Standard Plus has been designed with a view to upgrading in future to a productivity of a conveyor-type line Prof FC having an automated components dosing system. If there is a need, a phased modernization and automation of the production line to increase productivity up to 150 m3 of foam concrete products can be fulfilled.
Specification of Equipment Included to Line Standard Plus FC
A cutting complex URMP-2P, which is included to an equipment set of this production line, cuts a foam concrete monolith into blocks with cutting multiplicity of 50 mm.
Due to a well-thought-out mechanism of the cutting complex and a band sawblade you will get a high degree of cutting accuracy. Maximum deviation of size after cutting is ±2 mm.
The production line includes a screw milling cutter to trim a crust (top part) of a foam concrete monolith. Alternatively, at a customer’s request, the line can be equipped with a machine UTL-600M with an
electromechanical pusher. UTL-600M is used to trim top and bottom parts of a monolith.
It should be noted that the two-gantry complex URMP-2P and the machine UTL-600M allow producing blocks trimmed on each side.
The conveyor-type line Standard Plus FC for producing foam concrete blocks includes also a skip hoist for a mechanized loading of fill materials into a mixer. The skip hoist is fitted with a weight indicator that shows
weight of materials loaded into a hopper of the skip hoist, thus an operator of a mixing area can accurately dose raw materials.
The production line can be optionally equipped with a discharger of flexible containers BIG BAGS, a hopper and a screw conveyor with length of 3 m to dose cement automatically.
A water impulse counter with a solenoid valve and a controller are used to dose water automatically.
Using auxiliary equipment for a mechanized and an automated loading of raw materials will decrease workload on an operational staff and minimize significantly a staff error probability during loading materials.
Doing an accurate control of components dosing process, you will always produce foam concrete of high and consistent quality.
