1. A hard-rail CNC lathe has a compact structure, pleasant appearance, high-torque spindle, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent accuracy retention.
2. The optimized design of the headstock box is suitable for turning disk and shaft parts, which can process straight lines, arcs, metric and imperial threads, and multi-head threads. It can also be applied to turning disk and shaft parts with complicated shapes and high precision requirements.
3. The lathe and sliding saddle guideways are made of hard guideways with special material quenched by high frequency. They are super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and good at maintaining machining accuracy.
4. The hard-rail CNC lathe adopts GSK980TDC and servo-driven CNC system and adopts domestically famous ball screws and high-precision screw bearings.
5. Each lubrication point adopts a mandatory automatic lubrication device to lubricate the screws and guide rails in fixed points and quantitatively, and when there is an abnormal state or insufficient oil, it will automatically generate a warning signal.
6. The guide rail is equipped with a chip scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron chips and coolant and to facilitate the cleaning of iron chips.
